Antique Country Furniture Mid 19thc Elm & Ash Milking Stool. English.

A fine quality mid 19thc turned leg Milking Stool...it is made from ash for the legs and has an elm seat....it is the quality of windsor chairs of the time, so probably made by the "bodger" (name for the gentleman who made windsor chairs) and has gained a very nice mellow colour that you find with these woods when they age....in excellent untouched condition.
