An unusual mid 18thc Polychrome Delftware Plate, decorated with ducks, insects and flora...I have looked in all the main Pottery books for this pattern, but cannot find it illustrated....the conclusion is it was made in Liverpool and it has a good provenance being sold by Gary Atkins to the collector I bought it from...the plate is in good condition with minor chipping and no cracks or restoration.
