A well made gentleman's swagger or ceremonial stick....it is made from inlaid , boxwood, mahogany and rosewood, all inset into the shaft in corresponding order and the handle has a silver band which leads to a shaped horn carved hand clasping a scroll of paper....excellent quality and condition.
