Ardingly Fair comes with a nice surprise

Just got back from the IACF Fair at Ardingly in Sussex...the first day trading was hard work, but came with a nice surprise of finding a super small Fruitwood Dining Table in great condition...at a very competitive price and also an attractive Beech dairy bowl with a good colour.

The first day finished with the BBC Celebrity Bargain Hunt for Children in Need descending on my stand for some jovial banter and the purchase of my "black forest" Owl Inkstand, which they managed to purchase at a very good price to them....but hey-ho it was for a good charity...look out for it in the run up to Christmas....

The second day was busy and I managed to sell a very good 17thc Oak Coffer with three flower heads on the front panels (see sold archive) to a lovely couple in Edenbridge....so all in all a good fair....off to Shepton Mallet next week.
