A good example of a 17thc Oil painting on canvas of a Lady possibly by Mary Beale 1633 - Suffolk - 1699 London, who was an unusual example of a woman artist. Her trade was in portraits with her husband Charles. This portrait is in a feigned oval and is a pleasing size, in what looks like the original carved frame.
