A beautiful piece of early treen and a desirable collectors piece.......this wonderful life preserver, made entirely of fruitwood (Cherry), has a finely ring turned handle, that has then been shaped by hand, leading down to an attractive shaped centre piece......it is then joined to the boldly turned base by the original hemp rope....the colour is what you would expect of fruitwood....stunning.!
