An unusual 18thc Dutch School Box, that would have been carried by school children of the period to take their lunch, books, pens and pencils to school, (in this country we had satchels and bags)...it has a heart shape decoration in the top, with nulling along the top of the lid and still retains the original working lock , ....inside you can still see ink stains....very good colour and condition.

( I only know this is what is was used for as a Dutch gentleman corrected me on its use....he still has his....just goes to show you never stop learning in this business...!)
