A superb example of a mid 19thc drinking vessel known as a Bicker, the small size of this one suggests it was used for drinking spirits, probably Whisky...it has "feathered" staves made of Fruitwood and stained Alder and is banded in Willow.....it is in excellent condition with a very good colour.
Scottish. C1840-60.
