A nicely turned mid 19thc small Sycamore "patch" box.... (a patch box is a receptacle for beauty patches to disguise and hide blemishes of the skin, especially in the 18thc and 19thc)....beautifully turned with deep pole-lathe marks clearly visible and a lovely colour.
