A nicely turned early Sycamore dairy bowl, with a side handle....sometimes these type of bowls were known as ale bowls...(I even remember as a child feeding my uncles chickens and then collecting the eggs with a bowl identical to one like this....I always wanted to keep it , but it was too useful....!).....this one has a lovely warm patina and is in lovely condition....
