An unusual 19thc turned Oak box of a largish size (5.50ins / 14cms)...it has a lovely colour from years of use and is in excellent condition....it was probably used for coasters that would have been put on the table to stop it from being marked....it is decorated with incised fine ring turning on the lid and in the inside...
