An unusual hand held butter print / press , straight out of the manor / farmhouse kitchen, which you just hold in your hand and press into the butter...it never had a handle...I have had several of this type of prints over the years and they seem to be very collectable....it is made of sycamore and is decorated with a central carved heart design, which is bordered by a geometric design around the edge...excellent colour and condition.
